Sure, we could have released this on February 14th but that would have been super cliche. And in that instance you would have automatically assumed that this was intended to be about romantic love. Well, this is the thing, it's not. 

When I hear most songs and categorize them as "love songs" it's often not because it makes me see the world through rose tinted glasses while floating on a pink cloud. Likely it takes me to a place that I've been while in love or on my quest for love. Those places run the gamut from breaking into a cheshire grin on the train while thinking about last night to wanting to set everything he left in my apartment into flames. And even the in-betweens get complicated. 

But hey, that's love. Get yours.
